General Policies
Register Any Time, but Early is Best Class sizes are limited and many fill quickly, but you are welcome to join our classes at any time if space allows. Registering early does help ensure that you get your first choice of day/time, and that we have your child?s materials for you at your first class. There is an additional $10 shipping charge after the registration deadline (August 14 for Fall 2006 classes). If you enroll after the session begins, we will schedule makeup classes or pro-rate tuition. Choosing a Class Because each curriculum is developmentally specific, your child should be at least the minimum age for the class in which you are enrolling. If you have concerns about your child?s success in a class, we will gladly discuss your child?s needs and work with you to place your child in the class best suited for him or her. Enrollment Confirmation A registration form or online registration and payment must be received before your child?s place in class will be reserved. If we cannot accommodate your requested day/time, we will place you on a waiting list or offer a full refund. You will receive a phone call, email or mailed notice within two weeks to confirm your registration. Make-up Classes We are happy to allow students who miss a class to make up that class. Simply call in advance to schedule make-ups. Non-enrolled Siblings We regret that Village and Our Time classes cannot accommodate non-enrolled siblings, except for those young enough to stay contented in a carrier or car seat during class. Siblings of students enrolled in Imagine That! or Young Child are welcome to join us for Sharing Time. Consider the new Family Time curriculum so that you and all your children may experience Kindermusik together! Free Demo Classes Our Kindermusik demo classes are a great idea for playgroups, Sunday school classes, pre-school friends, Mother?s Morning Out friends, or any group looking for new activities to share together! For each family you refer to our program who registers for the first time, you?ll get a $10 off tuition in your next semester. Refer five friends over any period of time, and get one semester of tuition FREE. Register your child for any five semesters and receive 50% off tuition in your sixth semester. Satisfaction Guaranteed If you aren?t completely happy with your Kindermusik experience after attending at least five classes, we?ll refund or credit all of your tuition except for a $20 withdrawal fee, and the cost of Home Materials which are yours to keep and enjoy. Pro-rated tuition refunds are also given in case of withdrawal due to unforeseen circumstances such as family relocation. Refund PolicyOur studio offers the following refund policies.
